Evelyne St-Louis holds a Masters of City Planning from UC Berkeley. Inter-disciplinary at heart, Evelyne is interested in land use planning, transportation, and community & economic development from an equity perspective. Prior to moving to the Bay Area, Evelyne worked in transportation demand management for the City of Montreal.
